Position: LOUNGE MANAGER

Montana’s Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lounge Manager to join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy. As

a Lounge Manager, You Will
  • be responsible for the following areas: customer service at your location, supervisory decisions consistent with Casino Operations standards, policies, and procedures, assist in planning, leadership, developing, organizing, and follow up in these areas: controllable expenses, sales increases, inside gross margin, proper security and control of corporate funds, shortage controls, promotional programs, and monitoring competitors.
  • set the proper example for co-workers in terms of professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in the areas of customer service and casino operations, responsible for overall maintenance and cleanliness of the lounge, and hiring of employees, discipline, when necessary, succession planning for promoting employees and controlling unnecessary turnover.
  • always conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, employees, vendors, district managers, corporate employees, or operations staff, and ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
  • know and/or perform duties of the Floor Runner, Bartender, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Manager, grow location revenue by having an effectively managed location, including hiring and training the best employees available, delivering exceptional service, maintaining proper staffing, keeping the property clean and safe, evaluating competition, knowing your player base, and being aware of your community’s economy.
  • ensure the security of the location and company assets, in accordance with policy and procedures, security surveillance equipment operating properly with the best views possible, and reporting deficiencies immediately.
  • troubleshoot, repair, and reset signs interior and exterior i.e., window message signs, pole signs, building signs, hours of operations, open/close, advertising of new games, etc.
  • supervise, hire, train, orient, and develop succession plans for floor runners, bartenders, bookkeepers, assistant managers, managers in training
  • redirect employees: may include career guidance, recognition, retraining, and discipline and/or recommend termination. Develop and support employees in all areas of business, showing leadership and setting the example of company standards by being fair and consistent in all areas of employment including requests for time off, conduct logs,
  • attendance logs, cash logs, writing schedules to the needs of the business, and being able to adapt to situations on short notice
  • effectively prioritizing, organizing, delegating, and following up on all tasks to be accomplished.
  • perform administrative tasks that include audits, bookkeeping, payroll, record and file maintenance, ordering and invoicing for casino and liquor stores, advertising, public relations, making daily deposits, and daily report writing.
  • all service forms will be entered on the smart sheet link and tickets uploaded at the time- the service form. Audit machines for accuracy of hard & soft meters, times, dates, program numbers, version numbers, VGM #, and manual service forms can be filled out and attached the tickets to be kept on location, corrections, follow-up done on time on state inspections
  • prepare and complete liquor orders, check in deliveries, stock liquor store, and maintain the business at company standards, prepare liquor store for audits and have full knowledge of the liquor audit process, keep a running book for the liquor store up to date and accurate at all times, and keep a running book for the liquor store up to date and accurate at all times.
  • submit paperwork to the corporate office, accident reports, incident reports, snow removal logs, meeting agendas, timecards, upload sheets, vendor service forms, state service forms, etc., enforce all company policies and procedures, and delegate duties to qualified employees as not to be working…
