Our Branch Manager opportunities offer a competitive salary range based on experience! This position offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 DOE, bonus eligibility, company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Duties- Manage staff and daily scheduling and assign duties.
- Ensure a good working environment for employees.
- Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations.
- Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
- Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers.
- May perform the duties and responsibilities of the Technician.
- Driving company or customer vehicles may be required.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field desired; or comparable years of experience
- Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling, inventory and fleet management
- Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of retail practices and procedures
- Excellent Customer Service skills and Sales skills
- Proficient in POS and MS Office
- Knowledge of installation and repair techniques in Auto Glass industry
