Job Overview

Production Hand Packaging and Mailing Specialist in Bozeman, MT. Responsible for assembling, sorting, organizing, packaging, and mailing print products. Duties include shrink wrapping, booklet making, lamination, creasing/folding, cutting, and performing quality control checks such as measuring, weighing, and strength testing.

• Perform a variety of production functions including assembly, packaging, processing, and counting orders.
• Meet production unit and task demand based on area and process.
• Produce and package a variety of customer products in the mailing department.
• Ensure a high level of quality throughout all tasks.
• Share ideas and suggestions to improve processes and procedures.
• Work at a fast pace while maintaining quality standards.
• Multi‑task and work well with others in a team environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work under immediate supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, 0-2 years of related experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Highly detail‑oriented and self‑starter.
• Teachability and quick learning of equipment, processes, and production systems.
• Reliability and ability to work scheduled shifts, stand for long periods, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and pre‑established guidelines.
• Willingness to be taught and learn new things.

Onsite position. Hourly salary $20‑$25 per hour, depending on packaging and mailing experience.

Hours:

8:00AM–5:30PM, Monday through Friday.
