In this role, you will work closely with a team to assemble and align laser subassemblies, ensuring the highest quality standards in production. Your responsibilities include operating calibration tools, maintaining production documentation, and supporting new product development within a safety-conscious manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and align complex laser subassemblies following detailed instructions
  • Work with precision optics, microscopes, and electronic test equipment
  • Operate lasers and calibration tools to support active alignment
  • Clean optics to laser-grade finish using chemicals and adhesives
  • Create and update production documents and work instructions
  • Support new product builds and process development
  • Assist teammates with techniques and troubleshooting
  • Occasionally work in a Class 1000 Cleanroom environment
  • Contribute to a high-quality, safety-focused production culture
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is Required
  • Must be either a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
  • 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or laser module assembly
  • Experience in electronics, aerospace, or high-tech industries
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely with lasers and high-voltage equipment
  • Prior work with solid-state diode-pumped lasers
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, network navigation)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
  • Occasionally work in a Class 1000 Cleanroom environment
