Bloom MT is looking to hire motivated individuals with a passion for the cannabis industry.

Our production kitchen staff is responsible for creating Wana Gummies. Wana Brands is the No. 1 edibles brand in North America. Wana leads the industry in quality, consistency and potency, providing a range of different options that enable customers to select the specific cannabis experience they want.

You will be involved in the production & packaging processes. Candidates must have great attention-to-detail as recipes must be followed to ensure quality of products are consistent. You need to be comfortable sitting &/or standing for long periods of time completing repetitive tasks, be detail oriented, carry a sense of urgency & adhere to compliance and safety requirements. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

In this role, you will work with various edible ingredients, equipment & packaging materials in a team based environment.

• Ability to stand and work in a kitchen production environment for extended periods of time, often for full work shifts
• Ability to walk frequently between preparation, cooking, cooling, and packaging stations
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, including ingredients, trays, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive motions including chopping, mixing, stirring, scooping, pouring, portioning, and packaging
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, and climb step stools or ladders as needed
• Ability to safely operate commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, stovetops, food processors, infusion equipment, and portioning tools
• Ability to maintain manual dexterity and fine motor skills for precise measurement, infusion, and portion control
• Ability to work in environments with exposure to heat from ovens and cooking equipment, as well as cold storage areas (refrigerators and freezers)
• Ability to work in environments with strong food aromas, cannabis odors, and cleaning/sanitation product odors
• Ability to visually inspect food and cannabis-infused products for quality, consistency, and compliance with Montana regulations
• Ability to follow strict sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols in accordance with food safety and cannabis production standards
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, hairnets, beard covers, aprons, masks, and protective clothing
• Ability to maintain focus, productivity, and attention to detail while meeting production quotas and batch timelines
• Ability to perform job duties in a regulated cannabis environment while complying with security and handling requirements

To be considered for employment you must possess your Cannabis Control Division Agent Badge or be willing to go through the application process to obtain one. The Cannabis Control Division requires all employees to have an Agent Badge as a legal requirement for compliance. Bloom MT will reimburse you for the cost of your Agent Badge after 60 days of employment.

If you already have an Agent Badge, Bloom MT will reimburse you when it's time to renew your badge. You must have a valid driver’s license & be a minimum of 18 years of age.
