Overview of Position
The Program Manager is responsible for delivering and supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country (BBBS-BSC) mentoring programs, which may include community-based, site-based, and match-support models. While this role is designed to be responsive to program needs as they evolve, the current primary area of responsibility is the Gallatin Valley, with a particular emphasis on community-based mentoring programs.

The Program Manager also plans and executes match activities, volunteer events, community presentations, and recruitment events that foster connection and strengthen engagement with the organization.
This position may lead or support BBBS-BSC fundraising and community engagement events, including serving as a primary staff lead for certain signature events. As part of the BBBS-BSC Program Team, this position may need to offer and support other Program Managers roles as well, offering help in the other program locations (Livingston, Ennis, Billings and Big Sky).
This role requires a high-level of customer service and organization, focusing on youth safety and youth and volunteer needs throughout the program. The Program Manager helps create a welcoming, mission-driven experience for youth, families, and volunteers while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
