* A great match for Springhill would be a humble, worshipful, relationally gifted leader who loves Jesus, loves people, and loves helping the church participate in worship together.
* This person will be comfortable serving in an evangelical and Reformed context and will bring both theological conviction and pastoral sensitivity to worship planning. They will know how to choose songs that are biblically sound and appropriate for congregational worship, while also shaping services that are welcoming, clear, prayerful, and spiritually formative.
* The ideal candidate will be a team builder, not a solo performer. They will be able to recruit, equip, encourage, and spiritually invest in vocalists, instrumentalists, audio/visual volunteers, and technical teams.
