Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership while serving as the Center's chief ambassador throughout Montana.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead implementation of the Center's strategic vision.
- Expand the Center's statewide reach and impact.
- Foster thoughtful civic dialogue around issues important to Montana's future.
- Build strategic partnerships across government, higher education, philanthropy, business, and communities throughout the state.
- Strengthen the Center's long-term organizational and financial sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant organizational leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, organizational leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively across sectors, including higher education, government, philanthropy, business, and nonprofit organizations.
- Montana residency.
