NIGHT SHIFT, every other weekend. Must be willing to float to maternal-baby and take couplets.

The Registered Nurse will engage in the nursing process to promote and maintain patient health across the continuum of life. Responsibilities include assessment, analysis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, ensuring that the medical plan of care is carried out effectively.

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses or issues.
• Develop individualized plans of care and expected outcomes for patients.
• Implement the identified plan of care in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide health teaching that addresses a variety of topics for patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance nursing practice.
• Maintain professional records that demonstrate ongoing competency and lifelong learning.

• Registered Nurse License (Montana or Compact License).
• NRP Certification.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery RN experience or PACU experience.
