REGISTERED NURSE, Emergency Dept @ SS FED, Full Time Nights – $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Full-time night shift emergency registered nurse position at ER at Spanish Springs, offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and full benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult with other specialists and adjust nursing care processes.
- Perform head‑to‑toe assessment and reassessments as per policy for all patient populations.
- Use triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care and accurately assign triage categories.
- Monitor hemodynamic status and correctly interpret the results.
- Adequately assess and reassess pain, utilize appropriate pain management techniques, and educate patient and family regarding pain management.
- Current Nevada RN license.
- Two to three years experience in emergency department preferred OR critical care OR extensive EMS background.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire).
- Current PALS certification (within 6 months of hire).
