We are hiring a qualified Nurse Manager RN in Bozeman, Montana for a 13‑week rotating contract with Adelphi Healthcare.
Requirements- Active RN license in the state of Montana or a compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a leadership or management role.
- BLS certification required.
- Oversee daily operations of the neurosurgical ICU, ensuring high‑quality patient care and staff performance.
- Manage and mentor nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
