ER+LTC Registered Nurse

This role is a 13-week travel/local assignment for an ER+LTC Registered Nurse located within travel distance of Bozeman, MT. Nurses will work night shifts in a critical access hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality emergency and long-term care nursing services during night shifts in a hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient-care plans tailored to critical access hospital standards.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress according to facility protocols.
  • Execute emergency procedures efficiently, utilizing strong ER experience to stabilize patients and manage acute situations.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjusting care as needed and communicating effectively with patients and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Montana RN license
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • TNCC certification
  • Minimum 2 years ER and Swing Bed/LTC experience
  • Strong clinical skills in ER and long-term care settings
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Prior Critical Access Hospital experience
