ER+LTC Registered Nurse
This role is a 13-week travel/local assignment for an ER+LTC Registered Nurse located within travel distance of Bozeman, MT. The position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to impact patient care in emergency and long-term care settings. Nurses will work night shifts in a critical access hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality emergency and long-term care nursing services during night shifts in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient-care plans tailored to critical access hospital standards.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress according to facility protocols.
- Execute emergency procedures efficiently, utilizing strong ER experience to stabilize patients and manage acute situations.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjusting care as needed and communicating effectively with patients and team members.
- Valid Montana RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- TNCC certification
- Minimum 2 years ER and Swing Bed/LTC experience
- Strong clinical skills in ER and long-term care settings
- Ability to work night shifts
- Excellent communication skills

- Prior Critical Access Hospital experience
