Key Responsibilities:Provide high‑quality patient care in LTC, ER, Med/Surg, and Critical Access Hospital settings, adhering to established protocols and standards.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
Execute float assignments to Med/Surg and ER as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in diverse clinical environments.
Assist with orientation and training of new staff and agency personnel as required, ensuring smooth integration into the facility.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification or equivalent
CPR certification
BLS certification
State licensure as an LPN
Minimum 2 years recent experience in ER, Med/Surg, and Long‑Term Care
Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred
Ability to float between LTC, Med/Surg, and ER
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to work night shifts
Ability to pass background and health screenings

You hold an active LPN license with CPR certification. You have at least two years recent ER, Med/Surg, LTC experience. You can float between LTC, Med/Surg, and ER shifts
