This 13-week RN manager assignment in Bozeman, MT offers weekly pay up to $2,500 and places you in a critical access hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive RN leadership and clinical management within a critical access hospital setting, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care across ER, Med/Surg, and LTC units.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, policies, and procedures aligned with hospital standards and regulations.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, staff schedules, and compliance reports in accordance with facility protocols.
Execute shift planning and coordinate float coverage to ensure seamless staffing and operational efficiency during assigned hours and overtime as needed.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana.
BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
Minimum 3 years critical access hospital experience, including ER, Med/Surg, and LTC.
Managerial or supervisory experience.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
Excellent communication skills.
Adaptability to float to different units as needed.
