• Administers or assists residents to self‑administer medications and treatments
• Measures vital signs and weight; and performs other health services tasks
• Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports/documents pertinent information
• Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• Acts as the on‑floor supervisor

• Organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive thinking, teamwork‑oriented, and have a passion to serve others
• Caregiving or Med Tech Experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Ability to pass pre‑employment criminal background and drug screening
• Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
