Travel Long-Term Care RN

Travel Long-Term Care RN for a 13-week assignment. Provide skilled nursing care to LTC residents while traveling. Earn competitive pay and benefit from comprehensive support.

• Provide skilled nursing care to LTC residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in the EMR system.

• Administer wound care treatments, medications, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.

• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.

• Current RN license in Montana

• BLS certification

• Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience

• Strong wound care experience

• Experience with LTC patient management and care planning

• Ability to work scheduled days including holidays and weekends

• Good communication and team collaboration skills

• Wound care certification (preferred)

You hold a current Montana RN license with BLS. You have at least two years LTC nursing experience. You possess strong wound care skills and teamwork abilities
