Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality long-term care to residents, ensuring physical and emotional well-being
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications and wound-care treatments following facility protocols
Document patient care accurately in EMR systems and communicate updates to relevant staff
Execute patient assessments and report changes or concerns promptly to supervising healthcare providers
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Montana
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Wound care certification (preferred or relevant experience might suffice)
Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience
Strong LTC experience with wound care
Prior experience working with elderly populations in LTC facilities
MT State License
Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle light on-call duties occasionally
Premium Pay That Values You:
Weekly direct deposit at rates $20-$35/hour above market average, benchmarked to ensure competitive compensation
You hold a valid Montana LPN license. You have at least two years LTC experience. You are skilled in wound care and medication administration
