• 🌱 Planting, pruning, fertilizing, deadheading, and weed control
• 🔹 Leading and mentoring a small team to maintain high standards in garden care
• ⚡ Prioritizing safety while working efficiently outdoors
• 📚 Training and developing skills on‑site and at our yard

• 🌿 1‑2 seasons of experience in a garden crew or leadership role
• 🛠️ Hardworking, eager to learn, and willing to share knowledge
• 💪 Ability to lift 25 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
• 🚗 A valid driver’s license andbe insurable
• ⏳ Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
