Montana State University’s Wiedenheft Lab invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to study the structural mechanisms of bacterial immune systems, including CRISPR–Cas complexes, DRTs, Retrons, and related anti-phage systems. Applicants will use state-of-the-art cryo-EM to reveal architecture and evolution of defense pathways.
The role provides access to a 200 keV Talos Arctica, plus biochemistry, molecular biology, and bioinformatics resources.
