• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to the DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues with the management team.
• Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Schedule:

Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Hourly rate: $16.00 plus mileage reimbursement (per company policy).
