In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You’ll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Compensation & Benefits

Assistant Store Managers earn an annual salary of $42,800–$64,200 plus $18,000+ in commissions if all sales goals are met.

Sign‑On Bonus

Sign‑On Bonus of $4,000: $2,000 paid after 90 days of employment and another $2,000 after 180 days of employment (6 months). Bonus may be repaid if employment ends voluntarily within 12 months. Program ends 07/30/2026.
