• Ensuring that orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed for pick‑up and/or delivery.
• Providing outstanding service through all touchpoints of the customer experience.
• Guiding customers on comparable substitutes for discontinued or unavailable products.
• Responding promptly and effectively to customers' feedback, suggestions, and complaints.
• Reporting issues and inventory availability to Store Management and E‑commerce Coordinator.
• Engaging with customers and ensuring any special requests and instructions are followed.
• Working to enhance and confirm the accuracy of product pricing and information.
• Collaborating with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
