As a full‑time retail store manager, you will lead a team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 management members, to create an unforgettable customer experience.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.
• Connect with the community to increase brand awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions.

• Previous management experience is required; specialty retail store management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and to influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to take action and achieve results.
• Computer proficiency.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
