Lead Associate, Footwear

Under Armour is seeking a Lead Associate, Footwear to support our performance-driven retail environment. In this part-time role, you'll lead the footwear floor, ensuring product is merchandised to brand standards, sizes and styles are fully stocked, and customers receive expert fit and product guidance. You'll coach teammates on product knowledge, drive sales through strong service, and support inventory, replenishment, and backroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the footwear floor, ensuring premium service and expert fit guidance for customers.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards that reflect the Under Armour brand.
• Support and coach teammates on product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Execute inventory tasks, including replenishment, sizing, and stockroom organization.
• Operate POS systems accurately, handling cash and transactions securely.
• Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to meet or exceed store goals.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and in-store events.
• Uphold store policies, loss prevention, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to communicate customer feedback and product insights.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and performance-driven store culture.
