- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned financial institution (FI) partners
- Educate and train FI teams on the Genius® platform and other payment solutions
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations for merchants
- Partner with FI branches to identify and close new merchant accounts
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline activity and client data
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
- Must reside within the geographic area of the job posting
- Proven experience in relationship-driven, B2B sales, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience in fintech or financial services
- Familiarity with banking, POS, or merchant services industries
- High sense of urgency and self-motivation; comfortable working independently
