What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate leads and work in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Sell T-Mobile’s wireless solutions, recommending plans, services, and accessories tailored to customer needs
  • Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses
  • Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and mentorship
  • Utilize sales force automation tools to manage sales activities and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
  • Experience in outside B2B sales
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Previous experience in a sales role focused on new customer acquisition
