Luxury Furniture Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the high-end Italian furniture and interior design sector. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for Italian design and craftsmanship, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with discerning clients.

• Promote and sell high-end Italian-made furniture and furnishing solutions to private and professional clients
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, providing a personalized and premium service
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored design and furnishing solutions
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay up to date with product collections, materials, and Italian design trends

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in luxury furniture, interior design, or high-end retail
• Strong passion for Italian design, furniture, and high-quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
