This is a fractional, commission-based sales consultant position ideal for Account Executives or Dental Leaders who are very familiar with dental operations and are excited about transforming dentistry with AI.

For example, our AI agents can answer phones, automatically schedule patients, call insurance, and carry out dental revenue cycle operations end to end just like a human would.

About

This Role

We are overwhelmed with inbound interest from dental practices and are looking for a Sales Consultant who can take sales calls from leads that reach out to us. Our ideal candidate is incredibly ambitious and excited about transforming dentistry with AI. Your job will entail:

  • Inbound Sales: You will conduct sales demo calls to educate practices about our product. To be clear, you will not have to generate leads yourself. We have hundreds of dental practices waiting to speak with us. Your job will be to educate them after they reach out to us, and to close sales.
  • Customer Onboarding
    :
    We will train you on how to onboard new practices onto our platform so that they can see the most ROI. You will then be able to help practices go live with our system in a matter of minutes.
  • AI Advising: We will train you to be an expert about our AI solutions. You can then conduct regular check in calls with our customers and advise them about how they can use AI to transform their practice. You will be positioned as a trusted AI thought partner to the practices in your portfolio.
  • Innovation: As a liaison between customers and our product/eng team, you will be able to propose new ideas for features we should build.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of dental front office and back office operations, and dental revenue cycle.
  • Preferred but not required: prior experience selling software or products to businesses.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
Compensation

Compensation for this role is entirely (recurring) commission based. However, you do not need to go hunting for leads within your network. We already have a large number of prospects that reach out to us that you will speak to, and we also have a proven recipe that works to win deals.
