• Drive revenue growth by landing new clients and expanding existing relationships
• Spend the majority of your time meeting with clients, prospecting, and building your network
• Develop and implement strategies across print, digital, podcasts, newsletters, and other media channels
• Collaborate with leadership to launch initiatives that grow the business
• Represent Hagadone Media Montana in the community, networking with local businesses and chambers
• Guide clients through a consultative sales process that delivers results
• Track and monitor the success of your projects to ensure goals are met

• A proven sales professional with experience in media, advertising, or B2B business development
• A strategic thinker who can create and execute business plans
• A self-starter who thrives on independence and results
• Organized, disciplined, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
• Skilled at building lasting client relationships and closing deals

• Experience in sales, business development, and revenue generation
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems and outside sales strategies
• Valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
