Fleet Sales Manager | $120K+ | M–F Schedule | Bozeman, MT

Build a six-figure career selling to businesses—not chasing ups—while living in one of the most desirable places in the country. Primarily Monday–Friday schedule with strong dealership support and long-term growth potential.

Kendall Ford of Bozeman is a family-owned dealership with deep roots in the community and part of the Kendall Auto Group. We are a high-volume Ford store serving Gallatin Valley and the surrounding region, known for strong customer relationships, repeat business, and a commitment to long-term growth—for both our clients and our team. We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to lead and grow our fleet/commercial sales division.

This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with local businesses, contractors, and municipalities in a high-demand truck market.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage commercial and fleet accounts
  • Prospect new business and grow an existing client base
  • Recommend truck and van solutions tailored to customer operations
  • Coordinate upfits, ordering, and delivery logistics
  • Partner with service and parts to support clients long-term

What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience (automotive, B2B, or commercial preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills
  • Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and schedule
  • Truck/commercial vehicle knowledge is a plus
Requirements

Candidates must have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, have a good driving record and valid driver license.
