showcasing community features, amenities, and lifestyle. Based in Bozeman, Montana, Alosant partners closely with clients to configure their community apps and provide ongoing training and support.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Executive role based in Bozeman, MT. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads through product demonstrations, proposal development, and closing new business with residential developers, builders, and community stakeholders. This role will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand each client’s community goals, and collaborate with implementation and customer‑success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The Account Executive will routinely conduct discovery calls, present tailored platform solutions, manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, and report on performance metrics. Daily responsibilities also include attending industry events or meetings as needed, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that support company growth.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, preferably in SaaS, proptech, real estate, or related technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing techniques, including the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort with CRM and sales enablement tools, as well as basic proficiency with productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, slide presentations).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with marketing, product, and customer‑success teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
  • High level of organization, accountability, and follow‑through, with strong attention to detail in documentation and contract preparation.
  • Interest in residential communities, real estate, or resident experience technology; prior industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
