Blue Tac Security is a security guard company that primarily services Multi‑Family Residential and Retail Loss Prevention. Blue Tac has been in operation for around five years and has evolved through several iterations to become the successful organization it is today.

This remote Phone Salesperson role focuses on driving sales and earning 30% of the profit from sold services each month.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making outbound sales calls and building strong relationships with potential customers.
• Understanding customer security needs and offering customized solutions.
• Following up on leads, maintaining detailed records of customer communications, and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Creating scripts, generating new leads, and moving prospects through the sales pipeline to close deals.

• 3% commission per month of all sold revenue, which approximates 30% of all sold profit.
• Commission remains in place for the duration of employment and increases as sales volume grows and quotas are met.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Telephone sales expertise and customer relationship management.
• Organizational skills for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
• Proactive attitude in understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of security services and technology (preferred).
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
