About the Role

What

You'll Do
  • Build and convert pipeline through events, networks, and channel partners — targeting mid-to-large enterprises in your city
  • Identify the right decision-makers (HR, Finance, CXO) and sell the business value of the platform, not just features
  • Deliver compelling, tailored demos that make prospects feel the ROI before they sign
  • Negotiate and close deals with confidence; structure agreements that work for both sides
  • Nurture client relationships post-sale to drive referrals, renewals, and account expansion

Note :

  • The candidate will have to spend 3 to 4 weeks at HO before being deputed to the region.
  • The candidate will work remotely
Who You Are
  • MBA with 12+ years in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, HRTech, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of consultative selling in mid-market or enterprise segments
  • Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles and complex negotiations
  • A natural networker who turns contacts into pipeline and clients into advocates
  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable owning a geography end-to-end
