Harrington Bottling, a proud family‑owned Pepsi Bottler, is seeking a motivated Full‑Time Pre‑Sales (Route Sales) Representative to support our growing sales operation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in outside sales, route sales, and account management within a fast‑paced, people‑focused beverage distribution environment.
Position OverviewAs a Pre‑Sales Representative, you will sell and promote a broad portfolio of non‑alcoholic beverages to grocery and retail accounts along an established route. You'll manage a defined territory using a company‑provided vehicle and iPad‑based sales system to handle orders, pricing, and customer relationships.
What You’ll Do- Grow beverage brands with current customers and identify new sales opportunities within your territory
- Manage customer accounts, build strong relationships with store managers, submit and update electronic orders, and apply pricing and profitability principles
- Merchandise products, build in‑store displays, rotate inventory, and safely operate a company vehicle in all weather conditions
- Occasionally assist with deliveries or display execution
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Comfort using tablet technology and basic sales math
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
$50,000 base salary plus commission (DOE), competitive healthcare benefits, a matching profit‑sharing retirement plan, paid holidays and vacation, and a stable schedule with flexibility when possible.
