What You'll DoOur technicians diagnose the problem.

Your job is to meet with homeowners, educate them on their options, and help them move forward with the solution that's right for their home and budget.
You'll be selling:
- HVAC replacement systems
- Boilers and hydronic heating
- Water heaters
- Indoor air quality solutions
- Mini-splits
- Other residential comfort solutions
Some appointments are straightforward.
Some require creativity, confidence, and experience.
Either way, you're comfortable leading the conversation.

- Understands residential HVAC systems (or learns them quickly)
- Builds trust without gimmicks or pressure
- Asks great questions and actually listens
- Can overcome objections professionally
- Asks for the sale with confidence
- Owns their numbers instead of making excuses
- Follows up relentlessly
- Wants to compete, improve, and win

What We're Looking ForLet's keep this simple...
You don't have to check every box, but you do have to produce results.
You'll do well here if you:
- Have experience with in-home sales (HVAC, construction, remodeling, roofing, windows, or similar is a big plus)
- Know how to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Can confidently ask for the sale—and actually do it
- Lead conversations without being pushy or scripted
- Follow up because that's what professionals do, not because someone reminds you
- Take ownership of your numbers—no excuses, no finger-pointing
- Thrive in a performance-based, 100% commission environment where your income reflects your effort
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- The ability to learn and use technology in the field (we use Service Titan, financing tools, and mobile apps)
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance in customers homes
- Have residential HVAC or other home services sales experience
- Have a proven track record selling high-ticket projects in customers' homes
- Are comfortable discussing financing options and helping customers make confident decisions
- Have consistently exceeded sales goals in previous roles
- Wait for customers to "think about it" instead of guiding them to a decision
- Avoid asking for the sale
- Get uncomfortable talking about money or financing
- Prefer emailing quotes over closing deals in the home
- Need someone checking on you every day to stay motivated
- Want the security of a base salary more than the opportunity to control your income
