Job Title: Sales Professional - Bozeman

Location: 8488 Huffine Lane, Bozeman, MT
Total Compensation Package: $125k-200k
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary
- Commission
- Bonus opportunities
Schedule: FT
- Fri, Mon, Tues: 9am-6pm
- Saturday: 10am-5pm
- Sunday: 11am-4pm
Montana’s premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a motivated salesperson with high earnings potential. While prior sales experience is required, hot tub sales experience is not necessary as we provide top‑of‑the‑line training and want to teach you. We offer long‑term opportunities for career advancement. Successful sales candidate should be a people person, hardworking, honest and comfortable in a team setting.

- Minimum of one year high‑end sales experience
- 3 years of general sales experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to understand customer needs and showcase product features

- Ability to follow through the sale from beginning to end
- Commitment to maintaining long‑lasting customer relationships and providing top‑notch service

- Steady work history and career orientation
- Fitness, massage, or water therapy background is a bonus, but not a deal‑breaker
- Commit to becoming a hot tub and sauna expert
- Assist customers who come into the store to determine spa options (as well as repair or water maintenance needs)
- Complete quotes and follow up with prospective customers – return email/voicemails
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
- Cleaning, restocking, and organizing the showroom
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
