Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and plans for the Shamrock Foods portfolio. This includes development of new customers and management of existing customers. Essential duties include delivering significant volume growth and maintaining profitability, ensuring execution of annual sales plans, identifying and prioritizing key sales opportunities at key customer accounts, aligning with the strategic marketing plan, and meeting overall divisional goals.
The role also involves developing, directing, and managing strategic selling plans for the Shamrock Foods brands, working with Branch Sales Manager to establish sales forecasts and manage to those objectives, maintaining regular contacts with key customers for the purpose of significantly improving Shamrock's relationship and ensuring that programs are executed in a timely, high quality and value-added way, developing sales presentations in conjunction with Branch leadership, developing annual sales and expense budgets for region and managing the approved budgets, providing periodic reporting and analysis as needed, developing annual trade plans for new and existing key accounts to drive objectives, and providing leadership and management of all customer proposals for assigned region.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma and/or GED required;
Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus. 5 plus years' experience in sales. Food service experience a plus. 2 plus years' experience in a sales leadership role a plus. Current driver license. Strong financial acumen. Demonstrated expertise in problem solving. Comfort using technology; reading reports and analyzing customer data. Demonstrated knowledgeable on current industry trends through the analysis and interpretation of general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
Excellent communication skills:
Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Expertise in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays. Salary of $135,000 to $145,000 with annual bonus potential depending on competency, experience, qualifications and skills.
