Chevrolet Sales Consultant

Ressler Motor Group is seeking a Chevrolet Sales Consultant to help customers find the right new and used vehicles while delivering an exceptional buying experience. In this retail showroom role, you'll greet guests, identify needs, present vehicle features, coordinate test drives, and guide customers through pricing, financing, and paperwork. You'll maintain product knowledge of Chevrolet models, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals while embodying our community-focused, integrity-driven culture and supporting local outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom and online customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Chevrolet vehicles and options
• Present features, benefits, and pricing; coordinate and conduct test drives
• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and purchase paperwork
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of Chevrolet models, trims, and incentives
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless delivery
• Participate in dealership events and community outreach activities
• Uphold Ressler Motor Group's standards of integrity, teamwork, and customer care
