Subaru Sales Consultant

Ressler Motor Group is seeking a Subaru Sales Consultant to join our community-focused team in Bozeman. In this customer-facing role, you'll guide guests through the Subaru buying experience, from needs assessment and product demonstrations to test drives, financing coordination, and delivery. You'll learn our full Subaru lineup, maintain product and pricing knowledge, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identifying vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles, features, and benefits
• Coordinate and conduct test drives safely and professionally
• Guide customers through pricing, financing, and purchase options
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer records
• Collaborate with finance and service departments for smooth delivery
• Stay current on Subaru models, incentives, and competitive products
• Achieve individual and team sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in training and development programs
• Represent Ressler Motor Group in community and charitable events
