At Revelyst, we are passionate about connecting people with the outdoors through a portfolio of industry-leading brands. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team on a temporary 2-3 month contract. This role will support our Outdoor Performance brands by ensuring go-to-market readiness, maintaining critical sales resources, and driving cross-functional coordination across the organization.
PositionSummary
The Sales Enablement Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Brand, and other internal teams to support successful go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple functions, and can effectively manage timelines, communications, and sales support materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate extensively with internal departments to drive accountability and overall go-to-market preparedness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for go-to-market initiatives across teams.
- Create, coordinate, and maintain go-to-market calendars, timelines, and checklists for Outdoor Performance brands.
- Gather, review, publish, and communicate sales-related information and materials, including sales programs, price lists, promotions, and special offers.
- Maintain the accuracy and organization of go-to-market materials stored in shared locations.
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure digital and print asset requirements are met.
- Collect, organize, and maintain key account agreements, including signed vendor documents.
- Assist sales teams with customer setup forms and product information requests.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced go-to-market execution.
- Support the planning and alignment of sales representative sample orders.
- Provide cross-functional support to the broader Sales Enablement team as needed.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced sales or sales support environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships that foster accountability, teamwork, and results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Highly organized with excellent project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional calendars, and task lists simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Pay Range:Starting Hourly Rate: $25.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
