Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious circumstances to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
