We are looking for an individual to join our team as a disaster restoration mitigation technician. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!” Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled & unskilled labor while learning the techniques & receiving training required while performing professional mitigation & disaster response services.

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Complete necessary restoration documentation, daily logs, work orders
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
• Load vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies for day’s work
• Perform quality work with focus on key priorities and attention to details.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call & emergencies 24/7

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must pass a background check

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• Professional verbal communication — Speak clearly, show respect to customers and superiors.
• Effectively perform all production work within the restoration division
• Certificates or certifications in related industry services is a plus:
  Water Mitigation, Fire Mitigation, Mold Remediation, etc
  Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
