Window Cleaning Technician

The Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services, including windows, gutters, and pressure washing, across residential and commercial job sites. This position requires safe ladder use, driving company vehicles, strong communication with clients, and a consistent commitment to detail, efficiency, and 5-star service.

• Perform professional window cleaning services (residential, commercial, and post-construction)
• Communicate clearly with clients and deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job
• Manage jobs through our CRM (tracking time, updating job notes, uploading photos, documenting completed work)
• Clean screens, tracks, and gutters as needed
• Assist with pressure washing and other exterior services
• Safely use ladders and equipment (must be able to lift 50 lbs overhead)
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites

• $21/hour during initial 1–2 week training period (based on experience)
• Base Pay: $23–$31/hour performance-based + Tips
