Electrical apprentices assist and learn from journeymen and master electricians as they perform installations and maintenance on both commercial and residential job sites. The right apprentice will be eager to learn and have demonstrated integrity and electrical aptitude in the past.
We will work with our apprentices to acquire all needed training, schooling, certifications and on-site experience to prepare them for a productive and lifelong career as an electrician.
We are proud members of The Montana Registered Apprenticeship Program. Our apprentices attend the Bozeman IEC school through the entirety of their 4-year, 8000-hour apprenticeship.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Follow instructions on how to layout, assemble, install, test, and repair electrical wiring.
- Learn how to perform certain duties independently of their instructor.
- Learn how to communicate with clients about all facets of electrical construction.
- Learn the different types of installations, and where and when to use the appropriate wiring methods.
