Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary

Seeking a driven and motivated HVAC Technician to join our service team focusing on commissioning, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and ventilation systems. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting systems at different sites and performing field work in outdoor conditions.

A Commercial HVAC Field Service Technician role encompasses a wide variety of tasks; each day differs. The jobs handled are high volume and unique, requiring interaction with customers and collaboration across departments.

• Commissioning new ventilation and HVAC equipment
• Repair, replace, and troubleshoot existing HVAC equipment
• Develop and maintain service schedules
• Prepare and submit daily job reports and invoices

• HVAC/HVAC /R skill set desired
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
• Must be safety‑minded

$65,000 and up base pay, variable based on experience, with additional monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
