HVAC Lead Installer

At Comfort Systems of Montana, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer. This role is critical to providing exceptional HVAC services to commercial and residential clients. As a Journeyman Installer, you will lead installations, ensuring electronic and mechanical components meet high standards of quality and efficiency, and work on a variety of HVAC systems, including smart home automation and energy‑efficient technologies.

• Lead the installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems with precision, including ductwork, mechanical components, and smart home automation systems.
• Supervise and train 1–2 apprentice team members, fostering their development with strong communication skills.
• Rapidly address challenges using analytical skills, promoting teamwork and shared goals.
• Maintain current industry standards and technology advancements; obtain or be willing to obtain EPA and NATE certifications.

• High school diploma or GED mandatory.
• Minimum two (2) years of HVAC industry experience.
• In‑depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems; ability to read mechanical drawings and HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  
  Must have or be willing to obtain EPA Certification (Universal); NATE certification expected within first 12 months.
