Lead Counter top Installer (Experienced)

We're excited to be expanding into Bozeman, Montana, and are seeking an experienced Lead Counter top Installer to help establish and grow our newest location. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Counter top Installer
- Experience installing granite, quartz, solid surface, or laminate countertops
- Construction or finish carpentry experience (preferred)
- Basic plumbing knowledge is an asset
- Strong math, measuring, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Professionally install countertops in residential and commercial settings
- Remove existing countertops and disconnect/reconnect plumbing when required
- Ensure every installation meets FLOFORM's quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
- Coordinate with the office regarding any issues requiring additional support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Travel locally to customer job sites with occasional overnight travel as needed
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
