Install Assistant trade

Bozeman, MT | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

As we continue to grow, we are excited to open our new Bozeman, Montana branch and are currently seeking Counter top Install Assistants to join our team.

• No experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Previous counter top installation, construction, carpentry, or general labor experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to safely lift and carry 100–200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, kneeling, and twisting throughout the day.
• Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight travel when required.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Assist the Lead Installer with the professional installation of premium counter top surfaces.
• Carefully remove existing countertops and disconnect plumbing fixtures when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers' homes.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean and professional condition.
• Pick up materials, tools, or supplies from the shop as needed during installations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Monday–Friday (Day Shift).
