Bridger Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We're seeking a dependable installer who takes pride in producing clean, professional installations and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish.

As an HVAC Installation Specialist, you'll install residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring every project meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes. You'll work on equipment replacements, new construction projects, and occasional light commercial installations, delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Additional overtime may be available during peak installation seasons.

• Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
• Complete residential retrofit/change-outs and new construction installations
• Assist with light commercial HVAC installation projects as needed
• Install refrigerant piping, gas piping, venting, ductwork, thermostats, and related components
• Fabricate sheet metal transitions and duct modifications when required
• Perform equipment startup, testing, and commissioning
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Complete installation documentation accurately and professionally
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer installation standards

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience reading blueprints, installation manuals, and equipment specifications
• Working knowledge of refrigerant piping, duct systems, gas piping, electrical connections, and airflow principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions

• Experience with both residential new construction and retrofit/change-out installations
• Light commercial HVAC installation experience
• Refrigeration installation experience
• Electrical installation or troubleshooting background
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• EPA Universal Certification and NATE Certification preferred

Bridger Heating & Cooling will assist employees in obtaining the appropriate industry certifications within the first six months of employment
