Garden Services Maintenance Crew Member

Webby Landscaping designs and creates dream landscapes for clients in Bozeman, Montana and beyond.

From ideation to installation, landscapes are our artform. We facilitate our customers outdoor living experience through new landscape design, landscape installation, sprinkler installation, live material planting, masonry, and landscape maintenance.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Assist in performing garden maintenance tasks, including wedding, pruning, planting, watering, small mowing, and small drip irrigation.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Follow instructions from the Crew Lead or Garden Service Manager to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Help load and unload materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment storage spaces.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Physically able to complete labor intensive tasks - lift 70lbs, wheelbarrow, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver quality service.

Pay is DOE (dependent on experience). ($24-$29)

Minimum 35 hrs/week. Most summer weeks are 40-50hrs. Weekends optional, eligible for overtime if desired.
